This story is about Christopher Columbus.
The man who cross the Ocean from Asia to North America.
People from Europe travelers to Asia to buy goods and spices.
But the trip was long and difficult because they travel by land.
Christopher Columbus thought there was another way to get to Asia ,
He believed that the earth was round,so he thought that he could cross the Atlantic Ocean.and he asked the queen of Spain for help.And she gave him three ships,The Nina,The Pinta and The Santa Maria,and she gave men to sail in the ships with him.
In the year 1492 Columbus sailed across the Atlantic Ocean and after about 30 days of travel he and his men reached land,and he believed that he were near India so for this reason he called the people "Indians" of course Columbus was nor in Asia he had reached the new world.North America and South America.
Christopher Columbus born in 1451 and grew up in Italy and in 1480 got married and had a son.He died in 1556.....
